This has caught him totally by surprise. It seems that to bring into focus the objectivity of Christianity has broken the spell off of believers who were trapped inside the ethereal matrix world of philosophical speculation.
To know we no longer have to hide truth buried inside the closet of our subjective poetic imagination has reintroduce the power of the Holy Spirit as a dynamic force that confirms the specific worldview of Christianity when it is truly and properly expounded, respected and presented in its proper historical context. The preaching of the gospel has always carried the demonstration of power.
Perhaps the reason we are no longer seeing the demonstration of the power of God is because we are no longer preaching the gospel of Christ instead we have adopted and promoted a new postmodern version of the faith lead by men who lack sensitivity for orthodoxy are irreverent of catholicity are empty of accountability and merely just seek attention for themselves.
A lot of believers testify they were dead spiritually and when they study the truth of the Christian faith they became alive and their relationship with God awaken into new heights the only thing I am saying is there might be something to that a relationship between a proper understanding of christianity and a spiritual dynamic life.
